Finding Room To Grow

Posted by: admin September 28th, 2016

It can be an isolating experience when you decide to pay attention to your dreams and begin to take steps towards a more preferred future.

"You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with." ― Jim Rohn

If, according to renowned author and personal-development legend Jim Rohn we reflect those people with whom we spend most of our time, then it stands to reason that in order to grow beyond the expected norm it becomes necessary to find an environment conducive to that growth.

The growth environment should comprise of people who, like you, are willing to go beyond their comfort zone and take risks while offering support and encouragement along the way. Gathering with such a group of people regularly can be one of the most liberating experiences on the personal development journey.

Where do you go to find room to grow? Who are the people in your life who encourage your dreams and feed your aspirations?

Encourage (definition): "to inspire with courage, spirit, or hope"  (Merriam-Webster Dictionary)

If we could accomplish all we dream of achieving ourselves, we would already have done it! Everyone needs a helping hand and a listening ear to achieve their dreams.

Whether you are ready to hop online for a weekly 'mastermind' session with a group of like-minded people or you are someone who prefers to have more directed time as in a one-to-one coaching appointment, there are tools and materials which can be tailored to each particular need and stage of life.

Don't bury your dreams thinking it can't be done simply because you haven't yet seen it done. Don't go it alone!

"If you don't change the direction you are going, then you're likely to end up where you're heading..."  — John C. Maxwell
